My new series of nest sculptures explores the deep connection between nature’s architecture and human resilience. Nests—delicately built yet incredibly strong—represent home, protection, beginnings, and the quiet power of creation. Birds instinctively gather the broken and discarded to weave something that nurtures life; in many ways, this mirrors my own journey.

Through these works, I reflect on how humans and nature coexist—intertwined in cycles of growth, shelter, and survival. At the same time, this series is deeply personal. It marks a turning point in my life: a conscious rebuilding of myself, after years of shedding what no longer fits. Like the birds, I am constructing a space where I can fully become the woman I was always meant to be—strong, independent, deeply connected to the natural world.

Each sculpture is an act of reclamation and hope—a reminder that from simple materials and persistent effort, beauty and strength emerge. In honoring the nest, I honor the quiet, patient work of becoming whole.
